Two hundred square meters, laid out on two floors, as well as approximately four hundred square meters of yard. The entire renovation plays with contrasts: modernity, exemplified by cold materials such as glass, steel and cement; antiquity, exemplified by warm materials such as the chestnut floor and various original fixtures. The space takes on value, not only as a usable area but as a pure and sculptural spatial element, in a concept borrowed from the significant Japanese experience of the architect.
galleryOne hundred ninety square meters plus approximately seven hundred square meters of yard. White was the inspirational muse of the architectural project, albeit with contrasts in black, such as marble. Elements of an organic nature like solid wood are also employed. The transparent nature of huge windows facilitates a dialog between indoor and outdoor environments, turning the garden into an integral part of the living space.
gallerySeven hundred square meters, on three floors, in addition to two hundred square meters of garden roof. As the name suggests, Club Bush, situated in the heart of Rome, is a project inspired by the relationship between man and nature, and thereby employing natural elements. The counters and tables are made of cement, the floor of natural wood and the paintings of clay, natural oxides and organic dyes.
galleryFive hundred square meters of open space. Stone from Lecce and industrial cement create a unique harmony that evokes the oxymoron "warm fire". The display cases, all movable, create an all-purpose space which can be rearranged to host special events. Natural light pours in from the large skylights in each ceiling vault. In the center of the space a cement monolith rises from the ground, the only stationary object, which dominates the entire space.
